RETURN POLICY

DEMASA accepts returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of $15 on all returns will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are in new condition with tags still attached. DEMASA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

To initiate a return, please email us at: info@demasanyc.com and specify what item(s) you are returning. We will send a return label that you will be able to print.

All returns are shipped back to our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.
